نظرية الذرة و التأسيس البيئى لمنظمات الاعمال

اعتمدت صناعة شوى الذره فى بداية الامر على الفحم فى العملية الانتاجية مما كان له اثار سلبية على الصحة العامة للانسان من حيث التلوث الناتج عن استخدام الفحم بالاضافى الى كونه غير صحى تناول الذرة المعرض للفحم مباشرة وفى ظاهرة حديثة استغنى معظم اصحاب صناعة الذرة المشوى عن الفحم وتم استبدالة بالفرن الكهربائى ومن هنا يظهر البعد البيئى حتى لو لم يكن اصحاب الصناعة على علم بها.

عند التاسيس البيئى للشركة يجب ان نتعرض لل green business model canvas   من حيث مكوناته التسعة و بالتطبيق على "مؤسسة شواء الذرة" بالتطورات التى حدثت لها نجد ان صاحب عربة الشواء قد طبق ال green business model   وظهر ذلك فى اولا:

القيمة المضافة:

فى حالة التاسيس العادى: حصول المستهلك على منتج الذرة المشوية على الفحم

و بدراسة تاثير الفحم على صحة الانسان نجد انه من غير الصحى ان يتعرض الذرة بشكل مباشر للشواء على الفحم بالاضافة الى  تلوث الهواء الناتج عن استخدام الفحم  مما يؤثر على البيئة المحيطة.

فى حالة التاسيس البيئى:حصول المستهلك على منتج الذرة المشوية على الكهرباء

وبدراسة مدى تاثير استخدام الكهرباء على صحة الانسان نجد ان الذرة المشوى على الكهرباء صحيا بنسبة 100% بالاضافة عدم وجود تلوث للهواء .

الموارد الاساسية:

بالنسبة للموارد المادية:

فقد تم الاستغناء عن الفحم مع اضافة عنصر الالة( الفرن الكهربائى) الى صناعة الذرة المشوية و طبعا مع الاحتفاظ بمورد الذرة

الانشطة الاساسية:

فى حالة التأسيس العادى كان الحصول على منتج الذرة المشوى يتم بعدة خطوات

1-      اشعال الفحم

2-      شواء الذرة

حيث يستغرق اشعال الفحم حوالى عشر دقائق بالاضافة الى عشر دقائق اخرى لشواء الذرة مما يعنى ان عملية شواء الذرة تستغرق حوالى 20 دقيقة

اما فى حالة الفرن الكهربائى تنخفض هذه المدة لتبلغ 5 دقائق فقط

خامسا

هيكل التكاليف:

ادخال الالة الى صناعة الذرة المشوى يؤدى الى ظهور تكايف الصيانة و مصروف الاهلاك فى القوائم المالية .

سادسا

الشركاء الاساسيون :

و بناء على ما سبق يتم الاستغناء عن مورد الفحم مع الاكتفاء بمورد الذرة مع الاخذ فى الاعتبار التصاريح اللازمة لاستخدام الكهرباء و تدابير السلامة و الصحة المهنية

ومن هنا نجد ان تطبيق الgreen business model   او التأسيس البيئى للشركات يمكن تطبيقه على جميع المؤسسات و الهيئات و الشركات مهما كان النشاط الذى تقدمه سواء كان كبيرا او صغيرا ...فلا ننسى ابدا التأثير الايجابى الذى حدث عندما تحولت صناعة الذرة المشوى الى صناعة صديقة للبيئة .

More than a hundred years ago, when Harvard University developed the first academic curriculum to study business administration, all management sciences have focused on managing existing projects, developing them, and solving their problems. In the most efficient recruitment methods, even strategic management was looking at the future of the current project.

Today, with the evolution of the form of business organizations, there are emerging Startups, which are involved in offering products or services or entering new markets. A big gap emerged, however, that the science of business administration was not ready to provide tools to help establish these companies, although it has more than a century of experience in developing and growing existing companies themselves.

The Business Model Canvas tool was one of the revolutionary tools that met the need for entrepreneurs to plan their projects.

Thus, the business model is more feasible for innovative projects that offer new ideas for the market  like "APPs", For traditional projects such as different shops, the feasibility study is enough.
But with the development of technology and the emergence of new management theories such as the theory of 3win situation (by Dr. Hisham Saad sherbeny) had to be reconsidered even in the companies that already exist.
Where companies depend in their entirety on the mutual relationship between the client and the owner of the enterprise (win win situation) and institutions overlooked the third reciprocal relationship between the client and the organization and the surrounding environment (3 win situation).
This means that the business model of existing companies and future projects should be reviewed in accordance with the new management theory (3 win situation).
Based on this theory, it was necessary to develop the business model canvas to Green business model canvas, where it depends in its composition on nine basic axes as in the traditional business model but with the addition of the environmental dimension as we will see in the next articles

In the business world, on 1994, it was not necessary to present the Environmental Impact Study (Feasibility Study).

Projects are divided into three categories when preparing the environmental feasibility study

First Category:
White list projects
There are no options to study public ecosystem assessment  example:General shops

The second category "Gray List Projects" is divided into two types:
first:
You do not need to prepare environmental assessment studies, example Sports centers

The second:
You need to fill in the Environmental Assessment Form  prepared by the Consultant Office for Qualified by the General Presidency of Meteorology and Environmental Protection examples 1. Gas stations, washing and lubrication 2. Games cities and recreational centers within cities. 4. Commercial markets complexes. 5. Rubber and plastic factories located

Third Category:
Blacklist projects
Projects that need to be prepared for a Environmental Feasibility Study , and propose solutions to ensure the design, establishment and operation of the site such as: 1. Wastewater treatment and purification plants and sewage networks; Municipal landfills.
Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Therefore, the main objective of the environmental feasibility study is to Study all the effects that the project may have on the environment
Determine the procedures to be implemented Studying the environmental impact ratio of the project
Conduct environmental feasibility study

Environmental impact is being studied:

1-Definition of the project
2-Revolutions and resources threatened when the project was established
3-dentify environmental problems
4-Determine the effects are gone and expect
5-Overall project evaluation
6-Preparation of three reports
1- Damage report
2. Environmental management
3. The Environmental Database

التأسيس البيئى و الغير بيئى للمشروعات

منذ أكثر من مئة عام عندما وضعت جامعة هارفارد أول منهج أكاديمي يدرس إدارة الأعمال وحتى اليوم كانت العلوم الإدارية كلها تركّز على إدارة المشاريع القائمة وتطويرها و حلِّ مشاكلها، وبهذا وجدنا مثلًا الإدارة المالية تبحث في سبل تأمين الموارد المالية اللازمة لتكبير المشروع، وإدارة الموارد البشرية تبحث في طرق تعيين الموظفين الأكثر كفاءة، وحتى الإدارة الاستراتيجية كانت تبحث في مستقبل المشروع الحالي.

اليوم مع تطور شكل منظمات الأعمال والمشاريع بدأت تظهر هناك ما تعرف بالشركات الناشئة Startups والتي تشترك في أنها تقدّم منتجات أو خدمات أو تدخل في أسواق جديدة كليًا. بالتالي ظهرت فجوة كبيرة وهي أنَّ علم إدارة الأعمال لم يكن جاهزًا لتقديم أدوات تساعد على تأسيس هذه الشركات على الرّغم من أنّه يملك خبرة تزيد عن القرن في تطوير وإنماء الشركات القائمة بحد ذاتها.

ومن هذا المنطلق كانت أداة مخطط نموذج العمل التجاري Business Model Canvas واحدة من الأدوات الثوريّة التي لبّت حاجة رواد الأعمال في التخطيط لمشاريعهم وشركاتهم الناشئة على الورق قبل إطلاقها "نقلا عن محمد حبش تعرف على نموذج العمل الادارى"

وبالتالى فان نموذج العمل يكون اكثر جدوى بالنسبة للمشروعات الابتكارية  التى تقدم افكارا جديدة للسوق  "البرامج APPs" او عند قيام المنشأة بتعديلات و تطويرات داخلها. اما بالنسبة للمشروعات التقليدية مثل المحلات التجارية المختلفة فيكون الاكتفاء بدراسة الجدوى.

و بالتالى يمكننا توضيح مفهوم نموذج العمل على انه يصف كيفية قيام المؤسسة بإنشاء القيمة وتقديمها والتقاطها في السياقات الاقتصادية أو الاجتماعية أو الثقافية أو غيرها. وتسمى عملية بناء نموذج الأعمال وتعديله أيضًا ابتكار نموذج الأعمال وتشكل جزءًا من استراتيجية العمل.

ولكن مع التطور التكنولوجى و ظهور نظريات جديدة للادراة مثل نظرية ال 3win situation "نقلا عن الدكتور هشام سعد الشربينى" كان لابد من اعادة النظر حتى فى الشركات القائمة بالفعل سواء كانت تحقق ارباحا او خسائر

حيث تعتمد الشركات فى مجملها على العلاقة المتبادلة بين العميل و صاحب المنشأة (win win situation) وتغافلت المؤسسات العلاقة التبادلية الثالثة بين العميل و المؤسسة و البيئة المحيطة(3 win situation).

مما يعنى انه لابد من اعادة النظر فى نموذج عمل الشركات القائمة  و المشروعات المستقبلية بما يتفق مع النظرية الادارية الجديدة (3 win situation) .

ومن منطلق هذه النظرية كان لابد من تطوير الbusiness model canvas  الى Green business model canvas  حيث يعتمد فى تكوينه على تسع محاور الاساسية كما فى الbusiness model  التقليدى ولكن مع اضافة البعد البيئى كما سوف نرى فى المقالات القادمة.
